Program Overview
This program was developed to help investors learn how to build wealth through buying apartment buildins. One single transaction can help an investor "retire" early from their job. Apartment buildings are called "income properties" for a reason. They are meant to be income generating assets. More so, they are passive income generators.
Learn the secrets to locating, analyzing, and buying apartment buildings. This program helps students become very comfortable with "reading" the numbers, identifying good deals from bad deals, using spreadsheets to analyze possible cash flows, etc. It is not uncommon to have one transaction generate $5000 to $10,000 in monthly passive income.
The Mastery Certificate also includes an option for students of hiring instructors to work with them on due diligence and other "hand holding" in exchange for equity in the deal.
