Private Lender Mastery Certificate
Program Overview
This program was developed to help individuals learn how to make their money work for them in a safe manner along with great returns. The program allows for individual investors to feel secure about their investments and learn how to recognize good investments as well as how to move quickly to take advantage of these investments. The program will introduce students to a team of experts that will handle any issues with such investments.
Private lending is great for generating cash flow immediately without the hassles of tenants and real estate. It is also great for generating higher cash flow than in "buy-and-hold" investing. Finally, private lending allows you to diversify your portfolio of real estate holdings.
The Mastery Certificate also includes a course on how to use OPM (Other People's Money) to make a nice spread, i.e. borrowing at a certain interest rate and lending out at a higher rate. This allows for a nice cash flow without any of your money involved.
We start by learning how to generate 10% to 12% and move up to 50% to 100+% returns on your money. Ultimately, the student will feel secure about their investments and master the art of generating cash flow as a private lender.
Audience
This program is designed for individuals seeking to invest in real estate without the hassles of it. Individuals who would like to "retire" early from their jobs would benefit greatly from this. Individuals who would like additional regular cash flow in their lives can benefit from this as well.
Certificate Requirements
The Private Lender Mastery Certificate Program consists of required courses. In order to be eligible for this certificate, you must complete all course work within two years of filing the application to establish candidacy.
